Pico, designed by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for Mutina, explores the beauty of texture through an innovative dialogue of light, depth, and tactility. Characterized by a rhythmic dot pattern, Pico’s surface is defined by its unique relief system — Up (raised dots) and Down (recessed dots) — creating subtle contrasts of shadow and reflection across the porcelain body.
Crafted from unglazed homogeneous porcelain stoneware, Pico showcases meticulous design precision. Its minimalist geometry, inspired by natural topography and industrial craft, transforms surfaces into architectural elements that are both elegant and durable.
The collection is available in four core base colours — Blanc, Gris, Argile, and Satin — complemented by Blue Dots and Red Dots decorative variants that introduce playful chromatic depth. With rectified edges, 12 mm thickness, and large-format options up to 120×120 cm, Pico is engineered for creative freedom across floors and walls, in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Winner of the Red Dot Design Award and featured in the ADI Design Index, Pico represents a harmonious fusion of art, technology, and design — a signature expression of Mutina’s avant-garde ceramic innovation.
